ST. ROBO Timeliner is an open-source tool developed to integrate audio analysis, content structure, and lighting design within a single timeline. We created this software as a starting point for community-driven development. It is available for download and further development by anyone.

Load your track and let the Timeliner analyze it: beats, tempo, lyrics, sections and dynamics become visible at a glance and give you a precise foundation to build on. From there, structure your song or production into clear parts such as intro, verse, chorus, drop or outro, and add markers and cues exactly where they belong.
Video content and lighting design live on the same timeline, perfectly aligned with the music. Whether you're programming a lighting show, cutting visuals to the beat or planning a full live production, everything stays in sync and in one place.
And when it's time to take your work further, the Timeliner fits right into your existing pipeline. Export your timeline, markers and audio data directly to After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine and Reaper, and pick up exactly where you left off, whether you're animating motion graphics, rendering 3D scenes, building real-time worlds or program light fixtures.
To accompany the Timeliner tool, we developed a small game. Players navigate a beat pattern, with their high score shareable.
